二 | 9月12日15时31分，遵义市疾控中心核酸检测初筛阳性，后复核阳性，立即闭环转运至省将军山医院。9月13日8时50分，经省级专家组诊断为确诊病例（轻型）。无症状感染者6：女，47岁，现居新蒲新区中建幸福城C区，与无症状感染者4是夫妻关系。

三 | 9月8日至10日与无症状感染者4共同生活，活动轨迹涉及：新蒲新区中建幸福城C区、中建幸福城B区。

四 | 9月11日0时30分，作为无症状感染者4的密切接触者闭环转运至新蒲新区集中隔离点隔离观察。9月12日15时31分，遵义市疾控中心核酸检测初筛阳性，后复核阳性，立即闭环转运至省将军山医院。9月13日8时50分，经省级专家组诊断为无症状感染者。无症状感染者7：女，58岁，现居红花岗区南关街道南岭村后槽组。9月4日至10日活动轨迹主要涉及：红花岗区海风井批发市场、南关街道南岭村后槽组。9月11日3时30分转运至红花岗区集中隔离点隔离观察。

五 | 9月12日16时30分，红花岗区疾控中心核酸检测结果异常，后经遵义市疾控中心复核阳性，立即闭环转运至省将军山医院。9月13日8时50分，经省级专家组诊断为无症状感染者。
